If you are sure that your marketing career is stalling not because of extrinsic factors like lack of support or poor leadership guidance, then you can tune your internal compass to find your own version of Marketing. Marketing is a wide spectrum of sub-fields and sometimes we naturally outgrow what we do. For example, I was doing campaign management for about 5 years before losing steam, which I found again in Growth. I then became interested in Experimentation and now, Consumer Behaviour. Go as wide as possible. Collect as much experience across the entire discipline as possible. It'll help you understand yourself better!
