If you cannot scale through those challenges and setbacks then your business won't go anywhere. The question I ask myself when I face a setback is what went wrong? What can I learn from that? What's the opportunity in the setback, I believe there's always an opportunity in failure. Being able to recognise that opportunity, will be a milestone in your business growth. But, another thing for me is to be on the offence every time, this gives me the leverage and cushion to slide back on when failure hits.
