For me, the OKR framework answers so much in terms of transparency, connecting to team members work and providing regular updates. And the beauty of having both a quarterly business review and goals that update quarterly means a great deal of internal alignment can happen.

Impact isn’t always about you . The more you understand it, the lesser you want to highlight the accomplishments of your own . Try to celebrate with teammates even on small scales . The impact is suppose to be a progress not a movement. Progress is a team effort as well as individual.
