Stay Open-Minded: Approach feedback with an open and receptive attitude. Be mentally prepared to hear both positive and constructive feedback. Stay Calm and Non-Defensive: It's natural to feel defensive when receiving constructive criticism, but try to keep your emotions in check. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that the feedback is an opportunity for growth. Consider the Source: Evaluate the credibility and intentions of the person giving the feedback. Is the feedback coming from a knowledgeable and well-intentioned source, or is it biased or unfounded? Set Aside Ego: Put your ego aside.
