Cada compañía debe velar por el acceso a sus puestos de trabajo sin distinciones de ningún tipo, las personas con discapacidad deberían encontrar puestos en las distintas compañías a partir de su perfil laboral, sin mediar ningún otro tipo de discriminación en sentido figurado o literal de la palabra.
