How can E-Learning help remote employees feel connected to your company?

En mi experiencia, se paga muy caro la falta de un objetivo claro al momento de generar los espacios de capacitación de nuestro equipo remoto. Y no solo hablo de los objetivos de la empresa si no tambien conocer los de nuestro colaborador. Al poder alinear estos dos objetivos, el aprendizaje en línea se vuelve una experiencia extraordinaria, por que ayudas a tus trabajadores remotos a su crecimiento, mantienes la motivación a tope y contribuyes a tu negocio a crecer con los conocimientos que puede aportar el que aprende.

Additionally, eLearning courses provide comprehensive information about the company, encouraging employees to delve into details and content such as the Code of Conduct (COC), legal information, and more. Encourage learning early on into a new employee's tenure at your organization. This can build or reinforce existing skillsets for that team member. Al momento de trabajar de manera remota, es muy fácil perder el hilo de las actividades diarias. Al momento de implementar entornos de colaboración, ayudamos a nuestros colaboradores en remoto, generar una interacción importante, en mi experiencia, el ser el capacitador de los analistas y moduladores, a pesar de vivir en otro país, me ha permitido conectar con ellos y generar una comunidad. Además es que el que enseña aprende dos veces, por lo tanto se debe considerar estos entornos interdisciplinares que ayuden a robustecer el conocimiento.

Conectado con lo que he dicho en el primer punto, si no le damos un reto al empleado, que calce de manera efectiva, perderemos su atención y el otorgar este E-Learning le va a ser molesto. Hay que ser precisos y conocer a nuestro equipo, reconociendo las habilidades individuales para reforzarlas, y conseguir un aprendizaje que se conecte con el estilo de aprendizaje que nos permita explorar nuevos conocimientos con un efecto positivo.

En cualquier relación humana, la clave es la comunicación. El tener un sano canal de comunicación con los empleados es necesario y al momento de generar este nuevo aprendizaje, crucial. La comunicación en sesiones uno a uno, nos pueden dar esa retroalimentación de como están calando los nuevos conocimientos en nuestro equipo y tambien genera esa conexión con la empresa.
