Benjamin Franklin — 'If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!' Develop a clear and concise message. Before you start creating your presentation, identify the key message you want to convey. This will help you stay focused and avoid including unnecessary information.

The slides or visual aids used should be kept to a minimum. Speak with more words and display for datas. Express the data in manner which will enhance the words spoken by you.

Practice, practice, practice. Practice your presentation several times before delivering it to ensure that you are comfortable with the material and can deliver it smoothly. This practice will help you avoid unnecessary pauses and filler words that can extend the presentation time. Make sure you keep your presentation within the allotted time.

Engaging the audience at the initial stage of the presentation delivery takes the most time at every presentation. Engaging with the audience sooner by sharing things about a common interest factor or icebreakers will give you plenty of time to make your presentation delivered completely and at the same time effectively!

Engage your audience. Encourage audience participation by asking questions, soliciting feedback, and creating opportunities for discussion. Begin with a compelling hook and a strong start can make the audience more receptive to your message.

As offline audiences have developed into online demographics, quick bites will help for quicker engagement. I've found that every audience can appreciate a lighter tone at the start, as members that may feel out of their depth are immediately put on the same wavelength as those that have a more critical understanding, and makes you as a presenter more engaging, and in turn your presentation. Videos and pictures are your best friend, and have the personality that makes hooks, rather than all words. It could be the shortest, dullest video, but it makes it more active.

Only do this for practice, and not during your final presentation, unless you're required. As much as you can prepare to be working on a clock, things can go wrong during a presentation, and the clock will always add another pressure to your performance if things don't go as you hope. Finding your flow in a practice performance will help you work to a time limit mentally, and you'll embody this as an internal clock. A light for the last few minutes/ seconds left has worked much more effectively, removing restriction.

You as a presenter will always be more than your presentation, and audiences value this. You will appreciate your skills more if you find yourself summarising your points better than you've already written.
