1. It is important you start early on your interview preparation versus late. Practicing mock interviews enables you to have more confidence within yourself for the actual interview date! 2. When it is time for your interview, it is important that you pay attention to your tone, body language, and dressing. It is also important that you pay attention when speaking with the interviewer!

Use the STAR method to structure your responses: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Share specific examples of challenges you faced and how you approached them. Highlight the steps you took to analyze the problem and implement solutions. Emphasize the positive outcomes and any lessons learned that can apply to future situations.

My interview processes felt more like a problem solving session in a team as I informed the interviewer about potential risks or thoughts we could follow to help the fictional client.
