Its good to have clear communication between Design team and Construction team while execute the timely completion of project. Any huddles in execution should be conveyed to design team, so that solution can be made with prior approval before execution of that activity in order to avoid stoppage of work. So our objectives or goal should be to minimise the time loss delay which will be effective only by timely and proper communication.

As design engineers, we take part in the first steps of EPC projects. When the engineering and procurement stages are completed and construction begins in the field, hearing from the welder in the field which isometric or detail project revision they are working on helps to understand whether the revisions (that is, the important changes made to make the process work more accurately and ideally) are progressing properly in the correspondence chain. This issue is also critical to understand the effectiveness of the communication between the construction site manager and the foreman in the field and to share feedback if necessary.

We ensure that the construction chief shares the progress of the indexes here with the customer and project management team periodically. Thanks to this method, we cross-check with indexes how much welding has been completed, how many meters of pipes have been installed, how much concrete tonnage has been poured or kilograms of steel have been installed according to the targeted point (in addition to site controls).
