Lo malo es que a veces se trabaja en silos dentro de la empresa, o que cada canal se delega a un proveedor externo diferente, y entonces surgen esos problemas de no estar alineados, o estar directamente compitiendo unos con otros, que como digo es absurdo y debería evitarse desde el principio. Para esos casos, yo recomiendo tener contacto desde el principio con los responsables del resto de canales, y hacer lo posible porque haya comunicación, claridad y colaboración hacia el objetivo común.
