Wenn in Teamstrukturen gearbeitet wird, sollte es auch nur Teamziele geben, die im Idealfall gemeinsam vereinbart werden. Ist das Team gut aufgestellt, sollte man unbedingt das Vertrauen in die eigenverantwortliche Zielerreichung entgegenbringen. Führungskräfte, die meinen, immer selbst darüber entscheiden zu müssen, wer genau was zu tun hat, sind letztlich auch ganz allein für Erfolg oder Misserfolg verantwortlich. Schlimmer ist bei diesem Führungsstil (aka Micromanagement) jedoch, dass gute, fähige Mitarbeiter*innen das nicht lange mitmachen und nur die Menschen bleiben werden, deren Ambitionen eben nicht über "Dienst nach Vorschrift" hinausgehen.
