What gets measure gets done. It means if you can measure your progress, you probably are not progressing at all and the next feedback you will receive the same critiques. Create KPIs that you can track to make sure you are improving. Ask your colleagues how you are doing in the tasks that you need to improve. In this way you can change and adapt your plan of improvement. You must do everything intentionally, Nothing will happen by chance.

Asking for feedback to your manager is a great way to not only grow but also to show your progress to your boss. You need to structure a feedback cycle. Every tree months maximum, you need to be talking about your progress and asking what you can improve. This will show your commitment with the company and your manager and will set you apart from the rest.
