What i will conclude is although relevant to all levels of career but a must do for people who have spent a decade plus. My two advices here is that mentoring or teaching or guiding is a very good way to get fresh perspective. This helps to improve your own depth and understanding while you also learn new things. Next piece of advice is try to collaborate with start ups etc as they are always on the leading edge of technology revolution and you also get updated when you join hands with them.
