Según mi experiencia, el respeto es el principal valor que debe tener un líder de equipo, porque incluso, también puede verse cuestionado su propio liderazgo. Mantener la templanza en estos casos es un gran ejemplo a su equipo para bajar tensiones que puedan producirse.
