Most Language Service Providers (LSPs) are going to have a preferred or required CAT tool, so being able to quickly familiarize yourself with a wide range of tools is arguably more important than being an expert in any one tool. This doesn't mean you need to buy all the different tools, though; if the LSP has a required tool, they will likely have a pool of licenses that you can draw from while working on their projects.
