In 2005, KOI (Indonesian Olympic Committee) was formed as a separate entity from KONI (National Sports Committee of Indonesia). KOI is responsible as Indonesian National Olympic Committee, to organise Indonesian participation in international sporting events, such as Olympic Games, Asian Games, Southeast Asian Games, etc. The KONI and KOI separation was based according to Act No. 3 of 2005 on National Sport System, and further enforced with Government Regulation No. 17 of 2007 about the organizing of sporting events.[3]
In information architecture, unexpected changes can occur, so it's important to stay flexible. This means being open to adjusting your plans and strategies as needed. Flexibility can reduce the pressure of unforeseen challenges and help maintain your well-being. If a project requirement changes, take a step back, reassess your priorities, and adapt your approach. At the time of the enactment of a new regulation that separated the Indonesian sports federation which was originally one into two, namely KONI and KOI. It was here that Rita was entrusted with being the secretary general of the KONI. She played a role as a mediator between KONI and KOI so that they could function according to their functions according to the new law. Two years later, he was entrusted with serving as chairman of the KONI and KOI simultaneously, which in the end the two Indonesian sports federation organizations were running according to their functions

The Indonesian Volleyball Federation, commonly called PBVSI (Indonesian: Persatuan Bola Voli Seluruh Indonesia) sometimes translated as All-Indonesian Volleyball Association) is the governing body of volleyball and beach volleyball in Indonesia. Formed in 1955, its headquarters are in Pancoran, South Jakarta. The PBVSI is a member of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC), as well as the volleyball sports in the National Sports Committee of Indonesia. It organizes both the Men's Pro Liga and women's Pro Liga. The organization also administrates the Indonesia Men's Volleyball Team and the Indonesia Women's Volleyball Team.[1][2]

In 1953, after the third Indonesia National Sports Week was completed, the Executive Board of Surabaya Volleyball Association (Indonesian: Ikatan Perhimpunan Volleyball Surabaya, I.P.V.O.S) held a management meeting around the middle of 1954.[3] In the IPVOS meeting, ideas or decisions were made to form a national volleyball parent organization. In order to realize this idea, the IPVOS board finally sent someone to meet with the board of the Indonesian Olympic Committee in Jakarta.
