Before starting project monitroing, a Social Work Manager should need to know how to make a gantt chart. Briefly, I can say that it a simple tool/chart that allows project managers to create a project schedule. It shows the order in which project tasks will be completed, when they’re due, and their duration among other details. You can also customize the chart by adding the responsibility and accountability part too. In my previous assignment, while I was working as a Consultant on a vaccination project, I used Gantt chart as a tool to prepare the timelines as well as to monitor the progress which produced good results.
