Leading a team with diverse skills can get difficult sometimes due to their varied viewpoints. Hence in order to make a difference, you need to set cleat goals for everyone. Explain to them the tasks that needs to be done, the milestones they have to conquer and the targets they need to fulfill at the given deadlines. When the goals are clear, it gives the team a direction to go ahead and helps bring their diverse perspectives together on the table and work effectively towards the goals.

Note that every member has different skills from each other, provide resources and training that can maximize their strengths. Delegate tasks for each member that can showcase their skills and talents. Provide opportunities for each member to grow.
