Following my calendar than a random spur of energy (this was the most important) 3. One size never fits all - Never focus on having common policies or strategies, you might end up excelling in one zone and fail in all others 4. Video Interactions - Mandatory for Global Pool 5. Pick a time that overlaps the required time zones and have the first point "Routine" set accordingly. 6. Set the biological clock accordingly - this is easier said than done, however critical than the routine point. 7. Mild Exercise - This helps you to setup your biological clock as well

There are numerous tools out there to help you achieve this. Personally, I find Calendly works pretty well and it's free. You can easily integrate it with Outlook, and it helps you quickly arrange meetings with candidates and stakeholders. Depending on the needs of the organization and budget, tools like Slack, Trello, and Monday.com are great alternatives to consider. Remember, you are not a robot, and you need to keep some time aside for yourself. Ensure that you've got time blocked off in your calendar daily for lunch break, focus time, or whatever else it is that you need to help keep you in balance.

Set Priorities I find it highly effective to categorise deliverables based on how critical the job is to business. Project planning in the process becomes a driver as well and in that manner , milestones and deadlines are easily achievable.
