In my 14yrs IT exp, currently I lead 100+ member team. yes, clients & work, puts you in multiple situations where you need to step outside your comfort zone. Let me share 3 things which would help: 1. Plan to take 1 small step towards the challenges. You would not be fearful, and if you plan & execute it properly, then there is high chance, step1 would be done. 2. Focus on collecting all the help you need, to solve the challenges. Books, courses, friends, mentors, peers, anyone where you can get guidance on how to address. 3. Breakdown the project into smaller parts with deadline. And accomplish it step by step. IT would definately work. ALl the best.
