Zero Waste Cost. because only on peak days can we add/remove VM on certain thresholds for time duration. - if your Data is structured then will have 2 options Server model or Serverless model(pay only for service not for server). - But you need load balance traffic on Servers or need CDN like Azure Front Door that reduces traffic on servers but Cost more
