One of the biggest mistakes made in this industry, in my opinion, is not learning from other technicians, other companies and even dealerships. We should all be open to collaboration and offer helping hands. For to long the industry has been a competitive industry, now with the ever changing and evolving landscape of diesel trucks the more we all work together the better the entire industry could become. Which in turn will lead to more profit for dealers and fleets alike.
