Allocate time in group, peer, or individual supervision for tough cases; this benefits not only the person struggling but the entire team. Foster a team approach and collaborative thinking so everyone, including yourself, can benefit. If staff have questions you can't answer, be humble enough to connect them with an expert. Even better, invite the expert to train you and your entire team!
