Once an employee feels his/her voice is valued, her /his point of view is considered while taking decisions, the ownership of ensuring that the final decision is implemented successfully lies on everyone's shoulders!

This is certainly one of the most important aspects -- finding shared values and observing whether resistance to changes is coming from a place of ego or from genuine concern for the impact on students' well-being and learning goals is paramount. It takes everyone’s point of view, pedagogical plans and ideas to make curriculum the best it can be. Staff need each other, the space and the compensated prep time to revise, adjust, enhance, digest and try on curricula, individually and together as a team, to make it excellent and to make it their own.
