Generalmente el equipo va cogiendo hábitos o automatismos que van desgastando la estrategia original, saltándose pasos que pueden parecer innecesarios, pero que sin ellos la el cierre y venta se complican y no se producen. Esto provoca estrés, alimentando la ansiedad de los vendedores, retroalimentándose el sistema hasta quedar inválido. Además debemos sumar la escasa innovación que se aplica habitualmente, debido a que en su moemnto han funcionado bien, por lo que tendemos a pensar que es una mala racha o una circunstancia externa a nosotros la que está provocando los malos resultados. Algo que siempre funciona es realizar el mapeo del proceso de ventas con la finalidad de identificar cuellos de botellas y poder solucionarlos, esto nos ayuda a hacer mas rápidos los procesos para que el equipo no pierda tiempo el procesos que seguro no generan ningún valor a la venta. Revisar que el trabajo sea uniforme con todos también puede ayudar a disminuir presión sobre los vendedores.

Aun así hay que premiar y celebrar los triunfos del equipo y también los individuales: si alguien sobresale con una estrategia o acción innovadora, o probando una herramienta nueva que ha sido clave, con un esfuerzo excepcional o, lo mejor, PORQUE HA SIDO CAPAZ DE MOTIVAR A SUS PROPIOS COMPAÑEROS. Esto es vital: FOMENTA LA APARICIÓN DE LÍDERES DENTRO DEL EQUIPO, esto aumentará la competitividad y la innovación, pero cuidado, NO PERMITAS LAS LUCHAS DE PODER, no son lo mismo.

Siempre se deben realizar sesiones para ponerse al día, asegurate de haber generado un ambiente seguro donde el equipo pueda expresarse de forma abierta y sin temor a represalias, con esto pueden compartirte tu estado mental al 100%, si detectas posibles amenazas como problemas familiares fuertes, debes aplicar PAP (primeros auxilios psicologicos) donde lo ideal es asistir para disminuir la carga y posterior si es necesario canalizar con un especialista, dale seguimiento y notaras como va mejorando junto con las sesiones de ayuda.
