Systematically collecting data is essential, in my opinion. To begin, establish a central repository where each input is logged and classified. Using project management software or spreadsheets to track and arrange the data is one method that I've found useful. This technique makes sure that no feedback is lost or ignored and makes it possible to see trends and recurring themes in the comments, which can be very helpful in comprehending the more general issues or recommendations that stakeholders have.

Once the feedback is compiled, analyze it critically. Look for the underlying concerns driving the feedback rather than focusing solely on the surface-level comments. From my perspective, it's crucial to critically analyze feedback after it's been collated. Instead of concentrating only on the remarks made at the surface level, try to identify the underlying issues that motivated the input. I've discovered that it's often good to do a deeper investigation to understand that seemingly contradictory feedback is actually various viewpoints on the same core problem. By recognizing these fundamental problems, you may either solve them simultaneously to satisfy a variety of stakeholders or at the very least, you can comprehend the trade-offs associated with giving one piece of input priority over another.
