Firstly if you are laid off did you get a payout ? If so calculate how many months " runway " does it give you along with any savings - if less than 6 months then look for a re hire unless you have put a lot of research planning and surveys into action and have a clear path to hit the ground 🏃♀️ If not do the calculation as above and same outcome If the redundancy was a blessing and you were ready to be paid what you are worth and stop selling your time for money 💰 then go for it !
