Goals and milestones are very crucial along with the objectives of your goals that are simple, frugal and realistic. Set 30 day, 60 day ,6 month and 1 yr/beyond targets. Consult with your peers and individual experts to drill down your goals. Celebrate every goal like you climbed the Mount Everest. The dopamine release with achieving your targets/ goals will be a great confidence booster.

É normal se deparar com um leque gigantesco de coisas que você precisa aprender na área de produto. Mas acredite, é melhor se dedicar de maneira consistente à uma coisa do que pulverizar seus esforços e fragmentar o seu conhecimento. Quando eu estava estudando BMC (business model canvas), eu praticava 1 vez por dia, e isso durou pelo menos 1 mês até que eu tivesse um domínio do desenho e também como todos os quadrantes se relacionavam. Refletindo hoje em dia, eu percebo que dominar esse quadro trouxe de carona o conhecimento em muitos aspectos de um modelo de negócio.
