Se o problema é de Hardware é impossível resolver remoto. O máximo que pode ser feito é abrir um chamado por outro computador. Geralmente o reparo remoto pelo computador é feito para questões de software, plataformas de ensino , sites e questões que podem ser tratadas por programas remotos ou até mesmo por chats com compartilhamento de Tela como o Google meet. É muito importante saber como o cliente esta se sentindo com o atendimento em questão pois uma pequena reclamação do atendimento o chamado pode vir parar na orelha do dono da empresa. Quando o cliente abre um chamado é importante marcar um horário com ele e com a pessoa do suporte que o irá atender. Então se você for um terceiro agendando você precisa a disponibilidade dos 2 lados.

Particularmente eu nunca tive muita confiança nesses programas como TeamViewer , Logmein ou Anydesk. Acredito por que os sites de download Brasileiros colocaram em suas instalações "armadilhas" que se a pessoa que não sabe mexer em computador e só da Next na instalação acaba instalando juntos uns "presentinhos" extras. Ainda bem que temos outros programas remotos sem nem a necessidade de instalação na máquina. Até da Microsoft. É importante que a máquina da empresa salve no Windows pontos de restauração no Windows, com isso basta voltar no tempo que o vírus não destruiu toda a máquina. A Equipe de TI também pode ter backups feitos com programas como por exemplo o Norton Ghost.
