Los primeros minutos de toda sesión son importantes, por lo cual es vital que el coach se tome su tiempo para meditar antes de ingresar a la sesión y estar en calma y paz, para brindarle un espacio de conexión al coachee.

Yo diría que todo el proceso debe fluir sin "caídas". Al ser una sesión virtual, es importante tener en consideración varios puntos: La estabilidad de la conexión a internet El espacio físico donde se encuentra el coach. La iluminación es vital y la resolución de la cámara también. Cuando estés en momento de escucha, mira la cámara y no a la imagen del coachee en tu ordenador, pues parecerá que no lo estás escuchando y puedes perder la conexión. Conocer la herramienta que usas y darle un buen uso a tu favor, generará que se sienta acompañado en la sesión y sobre todo, conectado.

El rostro del coach debe expresar la empatía que siente al escuchar al coachee. Un rostro inexpresivo generará cohibición y no ayudará en el proceso. Acompaña al coachee en el momento de la sesión, haciéndole saber con tus acciones que estás escuchando activamente su relato, por más que este sea de forma virtual, y lograrás hacerlo sentir acompañado y sobre todo escuchado.

Esto es contrato que se realiza desde el inicio, al momento de cerrar la forma de trabajo. Es importante recordarlo antes de iniciar la sesión, no en la sesión misma. Particularmente, a mí me resulta hacerlo al inicio del día, enviando un recordatorio de la sesión y de lo que esta conlleva: tiempo, acompañamiento, respeto de su tiempo y proceso, no le podemos decir que hacer, etc.

Preparing the environment for a quality virtual meeting, such as a quiet place, an inspiring workspace with plants, pictures, a good internet connection, and well-checked equipment like laptops, headphones/headsets... 2. Building trust and rapport from the start: continually practice giving compliments and engaging in small talk to connect effectively with clients. There are numerous techniques, but the key is consistent practice, review, feedback, improvement, and eventually, you'll be amazed at your skill level. Hope these are helpful for you!
