You can download multiple table data and build nice presentation from there to project what needed.I would suggest not to rely on more adhoc reports . One should build a standardized version of these critical information.

In my opinion and observation. 1. Some KPI may be devloped for extracting data for every module. 2.Some sort of same structured for all modules to be devloped for data file. 3. One person should be responsible for each module to review data before analysis. 4. Varous person should be trained within the Organization for data analysis. 5. One sepeate warehouse or location for storage of data other than regular Server.

In my experience, mandatory ERP user access reviews done twice a year is an example of strong governance. This ensures the right employees have the right user access and fosters a culture of data accountability and trust. When an employee is terminated, their access to company data should end on last day of employment. Disabled access should be monitored.

In today Era, its very important to train and communicate with the end Users. Its a very key and first step as end user must know HOW to use the ERP to get the most of it. Most if the time it has been observed, issues has been reported due to lack of training which resulted to incorrect results. Every time a new user is added its a must to train on the usage and accessibility on the software on which the person will work on.

In my opinion, ensuring consistent data analysis across the ERP, starts with the ERP itself. An ERP is, by definition, an integrated and homogeneous system, so all its modules must be built under the same criteria in terms of data definition, type, and consistency rules, avoiding replicated, redundant or inconsistent data. If the ERP delivers inconsistent data, it can be mainly due to two reasons: 1) it is poorly implemented, or 2) it is poorly built. Point 1 means that the user cannot be allowed to enter inconsistent data at their discretion, but the ERP must provide all necessary validations, according to the company's policies, to prevent this. Point 2, on the other hand, indicates that the best solution will be to change the ERP.
