First of all, you must believe that it is OK to fail. Failures are the stepping stones to Success. It is easy to blame others but very difficult to take responsibility for your own mistakes. Building a culture of accountability is absolutely essential, but as someone who's worked in Asia for over 4 years, I understand the challenges. Here, "saving face" can sometimes overshadow owning mistakes. That's why I find it even more crucial to lead by example, openly discuss my own setbacks with the entire team, we can focus on learning and developing new processes together.
