The problem we seem to have is we have to wait till the guests get there if they are staying on points do the app to get an incidentals card from them so they have to come by the front desk

Marriott PMS fosse will have to come a long way before that can happen. I don't see guests being able to find a room from the allocation if one is not already blocked and how do they know if it's vacant ready vacant dirty it just doesn't seem possible
