With that you can disscuss about what u need an what other problem and how the solved the trouble, you can save that for later you experience same problem. After that you can watch some tutorial or forum from youtube, reddit etc to expand your knowlegde further and get well inform about the new tech and how to apply and configure it

The best thing I did to improve my repair skills was to build my own PC. The research, compatibility checking, and the physical build is fantastic experience. Also look at local free/giveaway sites (Freecycle, Facebook Memberships etc.) to buy old desktop and laptop PC's, which you can take apart, upgrade test, and repair.
