Set Boundaries of life, career, philanthropy. God come first, family, then work. Its impossible for someone who do philanthropy if they cant take care family and them self. Bible also mentioned if you say love God but not love your brother also not true. Love God love family love people, and we contribute to our communities, then we can contribute to nations and global, others countries. Balance is the key, everything has time, time to sow, time to reap, work 6 days and take sabbath, enjoy sabbath Saturday and Sunday, then work again, Google , Banking work 5 days and they have more result than work 7 days. If you rest well, you have stamina and clear mind to focus to your work.
Incorporating self-care into your daily routine is not just a luxury; it's a necessity for preventing burnout in philanthropy. To prevent burn out, I use meditation, go to church prayer meeting, worship God, sing can release your burdens, and prayer increase clarity. For health I did exercise, during COVID, I exercise everyday, it make body healthy and in shape, also health of mind avoid crowd, look for serenity and healing begin. Philanthropy is not easy task, when you in real situations help directly disaster victims, and helping war victims, they are frustrate and in deep emotions, In my experience , helping the Ukraine citizen, the mother of 2 kids at Mariupol Odessa, her house near the beach, and every night drones and missile launched fly above her. Some neighbor passed away, they ask for prayer, help.
Fostering a supportive team environment is key to mitigating burnout. Encourage open communication within your organization, where team members can share their challenges and successes. Collaborate on projects to distribute the workload evenly and create a sense of camaraderie. By building a strong support network, you'll feel less isolated in your efforts and more empowered to tackle the demands of philanthropic work.

Fostering a supportive team environment. I remembered my past experience, during volunteered at Vaccination Hub Holy Stadium, facing 7000 people per day, we use double mask, and air ventilator mask , helping people register Vaccine, and doctors give vaccinations. Pioneering the vaccination we did it directly on field days with many patients cause burn out, the long ques. We serve everyone in need for 14 days, and I reach burn out, thanks God we have team who support us, change shift and finally when new team come out we able to rest. This how we mitigate burn out with shift team mates, strong support group instead of work alone and push to the hard way, take tag team approach, work in shift during philanthropy serve people.
Setting realistic goals is vital to prevent feelings of inadequacy and burnout in philanthropy. While ambition drives progress, unattainable targets can lead to frustration and exhaustion. Work with your team to set achievable objectives and celebrate the milestones along the way. Recognizing your accomplishments, no matter how small, will provide a sense of progress and motivation, keeping burnout at bay.

Set Realistic goal, target it monthly and yearly vision. Focus on goal each years and finish it. Many of philanthropy start with ideas and cant be done after it, because lack of heart and support from people. But if you have willing heart, each Goals can be done. One more to always finish your goals with grace. In philanthropy we do with heart, many donors and friend use their resources for cause, we didn't paid them, but they did the work volunteered for mission, cause, goals. That why , goal is very important. Use grace instead must be done, exercise kindness , help, willingness to serve and ministry people, have heart to help people, that's the secret of Philanthropy. And knowing what you did for goodness of others, for the future.
