Let me give you a small story of one of my friend - Childhood wants to be a fighter pilot. - Failed in written. - Cleared written but failed in SSB of Airforce screening. -Cleared Screening but failed to clear the conference. -Same thing repeated till 5 years 18th attempt done, but still no recommendation. - Recommended in the 19th attempt for flying but was merit out. - was pursuing mechanical engineering - got a job in the auto motive sector.but didn't liked it aim was aerospace - Qualified gate did masters - Got into aerospace domain -worked for some time again joined masters course in space Technologies from IISC Bangalore (top institute of India) -so this is the journey as days are still going on.

Some key points- - Network ( I mean quality network, be selfish if you have to be ) -Keep testing your network occasionally 4 times in a year ( Because some times we see the numbers in network but not quality, so focus only on people those benefit you and your goal in longer term) -Never let others know that you don't like them or don't want to connect with them. -Trying to be in touch with them. -Never outshine them no matter what. -For targeting your network ,Share things more what interest him things will fall automatically in line. - Focus more on aerospace trending technologies and be in touch with the students of B.E, M. Tech and PHD as all three have different perspective about any challenge in technology

The aerospace domain is vast, encompassing everything from atmosphere to no-atmosphere to a lot more. Specialize in one area and master it—there's no need to cover everything. Continuous improvement is crucial. Take small, consistent Baby Steps daily and improve a little each day. Dedicate one hour daily to this practice aka learning. Engage with others in the same field and learn from their experiences. Use pen and paper to write things down and brainstorm. And there's a word called "TRY AGAIN."

To me, failure is not worth it unless you reflect and learn from it. Wins should also be reflected on, I think. It is just as important to learn what lead to your success and that you ought to continue doing, as it is to analyse failures to know what to avoid.

There is always something to be learned, whether from a failure or a win. For a failure, review and see what went wrong and what could have been done differently that would have achieved the desired result. For a win, also review and see what went well and look for areas of improvement (there is always room for improvement). A wise man once told me "Perfection is the goal, but excellence will be tolerated." Always move forward but also keep an eye on the past as it is a valuable teacher.
