Create a routine to close down at the end of the day and signal that you’re done with work. This can be as easy as closing all your computer tabs or writing down your top priorities for the next work day or taking 10 deep breaths.

Give yourself some space and some grace, and offer the same for others - some people (like me) LOVE remote work. Other folks really struggle and would much rather have the community of the office 5 days a week. There's no right or wrong answer. I think the "problem" happens when, like a lot of things, we assume that our own lived experience is universal. Inevitably we'll have both/and situations. If you're in-person and need to include the remote folks, ask them how they want to be included... then do the same when it's the other way around. It doesn't have to be hard.
