We've all been there! As an entry level PR professional its not easy to make your voice heard in such a competitive industry. But you can turn the situation to your advantage. Here's how: 1) Research and read: Know everything there is to know about your project and client. Read extensively and talk to people beforehand. 2) Accept rejection. Rejection is sometimes inevitable, especially as people may not know you. Learn to accept and try harder again. 3) Don't hesitate to cold call: Pick up the iphone and call your future contacts. If they are busy, leave them a message. You'll be surprised at how many of them respond back. 4) Set goals: They may be modest or big, but set clear goals and work toward them.
