L10n QA: In my career, I have worked with many proprietary and industry standard L10n QA measures and methodologies. My recommendation is for using TAUS Dynamic Quality Framework (DQF). Why: 1) It was developed via a collaboration of industry leaders. 2) The Dashboard allows the viewing of QA data in pretty much any aspect. 3) It has plugins with many industry TMS and CAT tools. Note: I am not a member of TAUS, nor did I participate in DQF's development. I do appreciate a tool that allows me to view just about any aspect of my L10n QA data.
