Knowing the worth is not only essential part while shifting from another field to hospitality industry but it's very crucial too to understand as which level are you standing at. It's my own story and experience when transitioning from another field to hospitality industry. I asked myself as what knowledge and skill is sticked with myself to justify such position along with knowing the trend and factors running in the industry. Knowing our worth really gives us enough confidence to negotiate the position stronger one.
