In my knowledge, keeping an open mind, curiosity at heart and adaptability to emerging trends are the key points to be up to date with the evolving process automation field. "As change is the only constant", same applies in the advancing technology now a days. From IOT to Cybersecurity, from wired to wireless, human interventions to robotics, everything is evolving in this day and age. If we cannot keep up with it then it will still grow but we will not be a part of it. Up skilling oneself is a very important aspect of to be the change, and passing on the awareness to the fellow engineers as well. Grow and help grow should be the motto!

I've seen firsthand how curiosity drives success in technology and process automation. Staying curious about new programming languages and tools has been key to my innovation and adaptability. Comparto lo indicado y agregó que en el camino que se está llegando al objetivo, se debe meditar el cómo se está logrando y que tan cerca o o distante uno está. Esto nos permitirá reflexionar si el objetivo es realmente lo que deseo y posiblemente se replanteado. Un replanteamiento no se debe interpretar como posible fracaso, ya que esto depende mucho de las experiencias vividas profesionalmente la cuales al adquirir nuevos conocimientos y desafíos los objetivos puede ser muy diferente pero mucho más ambiciosos.

Goal setting happens to be the most important part of process automation since it drives the way the efforts need to be made. Clear goals keeping target audience in picture sets the most precise path to achieve desired results. Goal setting has to be targeted for long term keeping in mind the process automation is being done with a scope of continuous improvement with the technological advancement and market demand in picture.

You should have a clear vision for what you are trying to accomplish. By setting up goals, you are building a path which you will follow and have complete focus towards it. Goals should be defined as it will help you achieve it.

You must consistently embrace change. Change is about preparing for the future, assessing what is coming, and planning your response. It takes time for changes to make an impact. By being part of the change, you are actively developing your change management skills.

When it comes to automation change is the only constant and we need to keep adapting to it and embracing it. As everyone has their own way of doing a task and when that task/process gets automated or semi automated a lot gets changed for the employee and it gets difficult for them to adapt. One needs to have a craftsman mindset to embrace it and get ahead

Encouraging to embrace change is good but we must give space for failures too. Change might not be positive always. People can fail in an attempt to change/ by being asked to change and they must be motivated to learn from failures as well.

One of the things I’ve found helpful is to embrace change in yourself as well as in processes and systems and instead of calling it change the correct term is actually enhance, why enhance I hear you say! Enhancement is a more positive way of looking at change, let’s face it, nobody ever said “let’s make it worse” did they? To fully embrace the constant enhancement culture we must be integrated with it, that means believing in it truly so that you change along with the process and you enhance yourself by learning and adapting or adopting. “The me you see today is not the same me you saw yesterday”.

Siempre es importante tener la teoría y ampliar los conocimientos, pero en ocasiones se dificulta la práctica por la accesibilidad en los equipos o software. También, cuando no es posible poner en práctica, es importante tener una red de contacto que conozca para que pueda ayudar y apoyar.

When you are not automating on a daily basis, it is scary how quickly you loose the mindset needed. Therefore, I have always prioritised solving new issues, myself or with colleagues, on a regular basis. It can be simple things, challenging yourself to find a new solution to something you've solved another way, or bigger projects. But the importance of being hands on regularly cannot be overstated.

Practicing change is best way to learn as helps. This will give you confidence and control on process. At times things will not go as planned, but with continuous practice you will be able to master it.

Solving futuristic problems and looking to fully explore and leverage automation to cross domains helps maintain motivation. Focus on user experience,ux and active customer support helps bridge adaptability

Adaptability has become a synonym for a person that embraces innovative technology. As you get older, and you hold extensive knowledge and experience it can become intimidating to constantly embrace latest technology. One way to reflect on your adaptability is to not focus on recent technology in whole and try to be an expert on it. Try to focus on how this technology can help you and your costumers and draw experts into your project. These experts often focus solely on the technology and are missing the knowledge and ability on how to interlace it into projects. There your expertise and experience might be crucial to the project.

Could the opposite be true? From a consulting perspective this is a question I use a lot to challenge the belief systems that can evolve over time. It is also a great question to ask with regards to process and flow. Are you doing this because that is just how you've done it or could you do it a different way and improve? Take a step back, get a different angle and consider if the opposite could be true!
