Presenting new ideas is great! But its really important to know the audience before attempting to present. Here are few questions that I ask myself when I am presenting new idea 1. Is it solving the right problem ? Its important to understand that you are picking the right problem that has high impact 2. Is it feasible to execute the idea under the constraints ? Its always important to acknowledge all the constraints your company is facing now and your idea shall work under the constraints 3. Is it innovative ? Most ideas are simple, they don't move the needle. Make sure the idea you present either save time / bring money to the business at the same time excites the stakeholders for execution
