Three things I’ve learned over the years that can help you: 1) Advocate for and working professional development opportunities as it’s a win for you and a win for the org you are working for. Win-win mentality. 2) Learn from within your industry, but also outside your industry. Philanthropy sector has lots of learning avenues, but the for-profit sector seems to always be 💡 years ahead, embrace that to broaden your learning. 3) Don’t wait for others, be curious and go create your own learning opportunities. You’ve got this!
