Create an environment where your team feels valued and can make a difference, and they'll invest their full potential into the organization's goals. But you need to trust your team too and own and sunshine your own mistakes too. You are not perfect and that's great, nobody wants to work with someone perfect. Embrace trust, drive responsibility, and watch your organization soar.

Sometimes, change aligns perfectly with our goals, propelling us forward. Other times, it might disrupt our plans, challenging us to learn, adapt, and possibly pivot in new directions. If you did a half decent job at recruiting, they are all better than you in their fields. And that's great. You are their to lead and assist them, not replace them. Make sure they know that.
