To excel in this area, focus on being transparent with your communication and consistent in your actions. Show empathy and understand the individual strengths and weaknesses of your team members. By doing so, you create an environment where people feel valued and are more likely to invest their full potential in the organization's goals.

Be shameless and learn from your team and thats the only way to succeed. As a leader you would have a certain views and principles which you strongly believe in but as you progress in career it is important to stay in touch with the recent trends and ideologies to be able to lead new gen employees. Being rigid is a sure way to become obsolete. For example you might be a guy who likes "Being first in office and leading the team". But it is time to embrace remote work or at least hybrid or you will stop attracting top talent. I am amazed by the new technologies and how my team will use them in solving problems and some of these ideas challenge my longstanding theories in how to approach a problem. Keep learning and stay relevant!
