Get at least one if not two days where you are not ‘On Slack’ or whatever…and are committed to completing actual tasks. Doing meaningful, productive, tangible work. With the three days left, see if you can cram most, if not all of your meetings into one, your admin into another and then leave the last day completely open but not bookable. This last day is for the unpredictable and the stuff you didn’t get to.
