You should go with Manual trackers / tools in market to cope up with your priority tasks/projects. timely walkthrough it and keep adjusting with changing demand of those activities which you are managing. it seems easy, but it's not! Sometimes you found collision among multiple activities' deadlines, that you feel stuck but with effective way you can tackle that to by increasing resource, etc.

In my experience, the use of technology in project management is relevant and contributes not only to proper monitoring, but rather to the actual "management", several tools address this. However, it must be properly considered. I have seen small projects of high complexity tackled with large project tools, this is often inefficient in resource management, the incorporation of agile methodologies presents an advantage here. Likewise, semester-long projects with operational impact have been tackled with traditional tools and have been a success. In these, the key has been a straightforward culture of meeting challenges and exploring new approaches.
