The customer has to always be at the center of focus; there is no other way around it. We see countless businesses fail and/or decline because they took the focus off of the customers they served. One of my friends gave me the analogy of the restaurant business that applies to technology-driven businesses: bad reviews spread exponentially more than good ones. Business leaders must ensure that the company is consistent in their customer service and provides the same good experience to every customer every time they interact with the company. No matter who that customer interacts to and that's why, everyone in the organization is equally important for customer satisfaction.
