Visual aids can truly be quite helpful where oral communication poses a challenge. However, in this situation I believe that when visual aid is utilized in communication, oral communication can equally be strategically employed by using keywords and subsequently identifying the corresponding visual. This will be more effective than using only visual aids or trying to bombard a non-native speaker with so many lexicons without corresponding visuals. Keywords and corresponding visuals would equally help for easy identification next time.

It is equally helpful to not use complex sentences or even simple sentences that run into many words while communicating with non-native speakers. Rather, sticking to simple or short sentences will prove for more effective communication. When long sentences are used indiscriminately, meaning and understanding would be lost. This is an effective strategy especially for beginners.

Aside from simplifying the language, enunciate each words clearly. Speak slowly and clearly. Making sure that your students understand what you are saying is a key factor in language learning.

I totally agree with simplifying the language because we don’t know exactly the language level of that person so it’s a crucial factor which must be considered especially at the beginning of our conversation then little by little we can figure out how to speak

The key is to tailor our approach based on the specific needs and expectations of each group, taking into account their readiness for such linguistic exposure.

I strongly support the idea of encouraging questions. Asking questions opens up excellent opportunities to deepen discussions and motivates others to contribute their thoughts on specific issues. It also allows teachers to stimulate discussions, pose follow-up questions, or even challenge students. Implementing dedicated question-and-answer sessions in class management is beneficial.
