The only constant is change. Learning how to embrace change. Change behaviour. Work with your thoughts. Handle your emotions. These are all essential to truly embrace change. And therefore, learning how to learn is a crucial skill in this day and age. So spend energy on learning how to learn - and reflecting on how you learn the best. All areas of business is developing at a pace, where it is difficult to follow suit. But do not let that be an excuse to get left behind. Read books. Take courses. Listen to podcasts. This will also teach you much about what you are truly interested in. What you like to spend time learning about. And as you learn, you will improve, and then be more motivated to keep learning. Do 70% of all men really prefer an electric shock over sitting alone with their thoughts for 15 min? A study would suggest so. Women are not all off the hook - 30% of women prefer the same. This indicates to me that we have an issue in the world... People do not like to sit in silence with their own thoughts. While this is certainly not true for all people. It's true for a lot. And when reflection and introspection is so important, then this is a little concerning. So if you are uncomfortable with sitting by yourself and reflecting. Then practice it. Practice it intentionally. Set time aside for reflection. Start small, and build it up. Journaling is also a great start. Have a wonderful day High five MC
