Remember you are presenting for them to listen, not for you to speak. You could be presenting the best of ideas, but if no one in the room listened, you are compromising effective communication right there. Knowing your audience and their vested interests in the presentation, helps present ideas more effectively and leads to intended and actionable outcomes at the end of the meeting.

In my experience it's important to not be afraid to say you don't know the answer to a question, but you will find out the answer and get back to them within a certain timescale. Make sure you do even if it after the event, this will show real commitment and professionism.

Mantener la tranquilidad y controlar nuestras emociones, nos permitirá poder responder, con ese conocimiento previo que ya tenemos, de manera acertada y no permitiendo que los nervios controlen la situación. El poder responder en un momento que no está dentro de la planificación de tu exposición, permite revelar tu capacidad, tus habilidades y ese profesional que no estaba dentro del guion. In my experience I will often write the presentation word for word, but I will never use it. I will then use it to make bullet points for my presentation, adding in personal examples. This may feel as if it's long winded, but it has help me to know that I understand the topic and therefore can converse on the topic, if is important take the time.

In my experience, I try to be familiar with the physical surrounding if possible before the presentation, if not then understanding what the event is trying to achieve. The more you know and understand about the event and it's surrounding it will help with confidence and control

I will use my self as an example there was one exam i was asked to partake on, but due to lack of not paying attention to details and impatient I failed. Meanwhile, the Accessor had already told us not write but tick on the answer sheet but I went and write instead of ticking in the answer sheet that was how I missed my chance. However, paying attention to details helps to understand the key to life.

El escuchar atentamente a las personas y estudiar sus expresiones, nos permiten enfocarnos en dar las respuestas adecuadas en estos casos de improvisación. Podemos notar si las personas están confundidas, si no les agrada tu propuesta o por el contrario, quienes te apoyan en lo que estás exponiendo.

Además, desde mi opinión el poder romper el hielo, antes estudiando el público que tenemos y buscar los puntos en común , y decirlo de una forma respetuosa permite entrar en confianza en el recinto. Esto es importante para que el nervio y la tensión que normalmente se genera pueda ser controlado.
